Tai Chi for Diabetes is a low-impact, slow, and mindful exercise program designed by Dr. Paul Lam to help prevent and improve the control of diabetes. Based on ancient Chinese exercises, Tai Chi for Diabetes will help you reduce stress and maintain physical and mental balance. Progress at your own pace from seated to standing. Relaxing and enjoyable! No Tai Chi experience necessary. All abilities welcome. Taught by a certified instructor.
