Winter 2 Session
Shibashi Qigong, based on ancient Chinese exercises, is an easy to learn system of energy enhancing exercises that coordinates movement, breathing, and concentration. If practiced regularly it will give you more energy, improve health, and prevent illness.
Unlike Tai Chi, which requires learning the “choreography” of set movements and then refining them over a very long time, Shibashi consists of three parts. Each part consists of 18 follow-the-leader exercises, each repeated six times. Each exercise helps open the flow of Qi, or energy, through the 12 primary meridians, or energy channels in the body.
The first 60 minutes of this class will cover Parts 1 & 2, and the last 30 minutes will cover Part 3. You can sign up for just the first hour or stay for the entire 90 minutes. The fee for Parts 1 & 2 is $49 for the seven week session, or add Part 3 for a total of $70.
Shibashi Qigong is appropriate for all ages and abilities and easily adapted to a seated position. To reserve your spot, call Tracy Keibler at (952)215-7052 or contact her using this form.
