Tai Chi for Arthritis was developed by Dr. Paul Lam, an arthritis patient himself, in consultation with experts in the area of rheumatology, medicine, and Chinese medicine. His Tai Chi for Arthritis program has been the subject of numerous clinical studies and has been certified by the Centers for Disease Control as an evidence-based program. This means that individuals practicing this form as taught by certified instructors can expect to achieve the program's many health improvement benefits. These benefits include:
