This workshop is for you if you are new to tai chi or are interested in exploring two very different expressions of Tai Chi.

Shibashi Qigong is a series of gentle, flowing, follow-the-leader exercises suitable for all ages and abilities.  Like acupuncture, it is based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of opening and clearing energy channels throughout the body. The combination of moving, breathing and focused intention offers optimal physical and mental benefit.

Beginning Yang Style Tai Chi is an introduction into the basic movements of Yang tai chi.  Yang is the most popular form of tai chi in the world.  Benefits of Yang style tai chi include improving immune system response, circulation of oxygen, blood and lymph, and it is a powerful tool in diabetes management.
